The p~rpose of the emerqency ~ing was to.d~scuss a proposal
~o s%fomit a t~id for the pu~se of.'fto~d lzg~s~i poles~
tra~formers~ switche? and~,o~t~%r materi~s presently ~sed to
lightth~ at~letic'~fi~ld-~' Seacrest High School. Bids are
to be s~mitted to theorem Beach County Board of Public
Instruction at 2:00 pom.~ April 4th at 301 No~th Olive Ave.,
West palmBeaeh, Florida.
The necessity for calling the meeting was due to the fact
tha~ three members of the council would be absent from the
city from April first,to April third.
A motion was made hy Vice Mayor Summers to offer to purchase
the following items at a price not to exceed $1001,00:
2 oil switches
80 ftoed lights
10 15 KBA transformers
6 treasure treated poles and hardware
Motion was seconded by Councilman Mahoney and the vote was
unanimous~ 4-0~ CeuncilmanArehie not being present.
Motion ,to adjour~ was made by Councilman Mahoney, seconded
by Councilman Madsen and unanimously passed. Meeting aj--
