did a~d Dr. ~s requested a letter of appreci~ion ~ sent along with paym~
for services.
Mr. M~dsen suggested the ~e~ion B~rd be included in the City's
~r~s~$ dinner for the Boards ~ the Tropic~ ~cres if the ~nin$ room
is t~e ~ough to permit a~endance of other guests.

Walter A~adsen be seated Tnesday, Ja~nary 3rd. Motion seconded by Dr.
Akes ~d motion carried unanimol~sly.
