The meeting called for the purpose of canvassing the election
returns of the general election for two councilmen only was called
to order a~ 8:20 P.~.
Helen Brull~ Clerk of the Election Board, presented the
attached report to the Council. Mr. Durmzn' ' moved ~ha~ the rsport
be accepted an~ ~o John Lo Archme' and Dr. Charles Akss be de-
clared City Councilmen beginning the first ~eeting o£ January.
