RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BT THE CITT OF BOYNTON BEAOH, PALN BEACH
C O~_~TY, FLORIDA, AS
1. That the City ef Boynton Beach has instituted a
program to adopt a Naste~ Plan for zoning in the City ef
Boynton Beach, and it is imperativ~ that such planning that
may be instituted to conform with the proposed mas~er plan as
to zoning be in foPce and effect for the best interest,
protection, safety and welfare of the citizens of Boynton Beach.
Z. That from date of passage of this Resolution no
permits for the e~ection, building, or occupancy of any premises
to permit industPial activities on any lands located south of
W%olb~ight Road to soutJ~, city limits, and west of Seaerest
Avenue right of way to the westward boundaPy of the city limits,
~uless and until such specifications, and plans for industrial
use has been approved by the City Co~ucil of the-City of Boynton
Beach, Florida.
PASSED AND ADOPTED unanimously this /~-~ day of
September, 1958, at regular council meeting of City of Boynton
Beach.
