Mr, Ogden submitted in writing a report of the status this date of the
City Hall Building being built by Eddy Oonstruction Corporation (letter
tached) o
After round table discussion of the matter Nm. Durktn moved t~hat the
CitZ Attorney he d~rected %o notify Ed~y Construction Oor?~rat~_on accord-
ing to the directions of the Ar~hitec.t of the 0ity~s position relative to
penalty aud when it starts, aud positiSn the City ~l take unless the win-
dews are on the. site ~u or about the 16th of June and the work completed
diligently in a wor~manship like ma~uer with s~fficient force of labor to
complete it. ~2r~~ ~oney seconded the motion and it carried unanimously,
Taylor presented two bids for a truck body.
DeBo!i~c Truck Equipment Co. for $293.~0
Si~s& Ken~s W'elding for $365.00
Mr. M~honey made a motio~n to accept the bid from DeBoliac; Pm. Partiu
saeonded~ motion carried.
Mr. M~bonsy made a motion to award to Motorola Oomm~-uieatior~ the
contract in amount of' $957.70 for base radio station. Mr. Partin seconded;
motion carried.
Discussion was held on operators for the radi~ station. It w~s agreed
to ask the police chief for his recommendations and have him su~zit a complete
operational plan, including cost, to the council
