layout for Boynton Industrial Park as submitted~ with the
requirement that the water mains go through the~anvire olatted

,~r. Spencer~ of the General Electric Company) submitted a
price of ~I,i44.00, including changing.present police vehicles
to new channels, for a Rropos~a radio station. After ~escrzomng
his proposal he left ~ in writing for c~ns~dera~on~

sentative, the previous bidder, that th~order with him will be
cancelled and sealed bids will be called for next Council meeting
for a co=~munication system, and that she be authorised to

meeting of April 9,
A letter was read from the City of ~est Palm Beach regarding
a dinner on Thursday, April 24 of the Palm Beach County Associ~
ation of ~(~uicipalities. Nr. Griffith said he would make an
effort to attend~ Zeit TCaylor will attehd and the City £1erk
was asked to make two reservations~
A letter was read from ~oS.Barksdale rsquesting re-zoning
of Block A~I.A~ of Lake Boynton Estates~
This was turned over to the City Attorney to be advertised~
A letter was read from D.LoSwahk complaining o£ the danger
of certain trees etco on property adjacent to his belonging to
Mrs~ C~C~iller
Yr~ Oyer movsd the owner of the tract occupied by the
V, rhistle Stop restaurant be notified that the trees within 80~
of any building on the adjacent property to the S~th are a hazard
to life and property and must be removed or trimmed and the
shrubbery underneath such trees is a fire hazard and must be

changes in the new Cioy Hall building entailing additional cost°

After discussion on lots which should be cleared,

Regarding Police and fire protection of Ocean Ridge, it was
agreed to ask ~r~ Griffith to write them a letter saying that
unless we hear from them in ten days it will be understood that
they do not wish to continue the con~ract.
