There was a discussion on the Quik-Chek sign setback. A representative of Stevens & Sons showed blue prints of a sign to ~he Council which he wished ~o have approved, and a~eed to await~ the decision of the Corst Ridge Development Comply as to the s etbacko ~r. Shook seconded the motion, which was carried. Mr. Shook moved, ~nd Mr, Nearer seconded, that the Cemetery Board's recorrm~endation that $~2.00 be expended by the City for a sign for the Municipal Cemetery be accepted. Motion carried. There was a discussion on the maXi~um ~ount of merchandise which could be p~chased without a p~chase order. !~ro Weaver moved~ I~. I~o Hood reco~uended that p~rchases up to ¥10.00 be allowed without requisition. This was agreed to. Mr. Weaver suggested that at least the Cou~aty Co~issioner and a~uy ex-City Cm~missioner shoul4 be invited to the Bond burning ceremony on February 7. Mr. Shook moved~ I~.
