A letter, dated May 16, from the Beard of Realtors of Boynton

Mr. Purinton said that a Planning Board is definitely re-
quired for the City, that it would take at least two years to
get going, and must.come before the Commission for decision.
Mr. Hood suggested a reply to the letter be made that the City
will be glad to co-operate at any time.
Mr. Fredrich said that such a Board should be at the discretion
of the Mayor and Commission without the recommendations of outside
people.
The matter was tabled.

that the~e are twenty-five lots in it and he would like to re-plat

Mr. Griffith said that as this did not involve a change
in zoning it need not come before the Zoning Board.
The only objection was the matter of set-back, which should
be twenty-five feet instead of the fifteen feet shown. Mr.
COnstance agreed to change this, and requested a letter of tentative
approval which he could show to the County Commissioners.
This was agreed to.
