Mayor Purinton called the meeting to order ~ 7.30 P.M.
~. Max.FLugei asked for a contract between the

Shores in Ocean Ridge.

~. Cromer presented a plat of Su~ny Dale, which had not
been approved yet, subject to water ~sand streets.
Mr. Johnson said he had a contract to make roads in the
development and will make them in accordance with the City' s
specifications. He was told tb~t all roads put in from now on
must be inspected and passed oy the Cmty Engm~eer appomnted by
the Council.
A letter, dated 2~ February, 19~3, from ~m. Cromer was
read.

There was a long discussion on the quesui n of home o~ers
obtaining permits for plumbing, s~posedly to be done by them-
selves,and then getting some one else to do the work.

that such violations should be brought to the attention of ~the
Plumbing and Building Inspectors. He added that ~he new

Regarding parking meters, Mt.Shook thought the Post Office
should have ten-minute parking time without meters.
Regarding the new business machine recommended, Mr.
~wh~_edrich said h~ ~had contacted Mr. Watson of the I.B.Mo who will
come in to see the Codicil to suggest what, if anything, s~n be
done.

requested that they shou~ not be put on auy City oroperty on
which he has to pay taxes. -

The Police report for the month of February was read.
Mr. Weave~ asked whether the Fire Department,s Ball ~me

Aid Truck would be subject to the usual l~cense.~

Mr. Pred~ick said the garbage d-~mp had been done ever and
is acredzt' to the City. He quoted the County Inspector as saying
Boynton Beach has the best gsmbage disposal in the Cou~uty. He said
SOmebody went in on Su_uday morning and dumped a large load of se=nd
where it had been cleaned off. He made a motion, which Mr. Hood
Seconded, that Mr, C~hr'-. stzmnsen~ ' have a sign painted stating- that
the d~ump h~ams were from 8 A.M. to ~ P.M. on wee~aays,~ ~and was
closed on Su_udays~ and that posts and chain be suoplied to keep
