Hood objected to any lot along the high~y ~ing less than 75 feet and suggested that all property adjo2nin ' g the new school road, regardless of its depth, be zoned RAW. Er. Shook suggested that between ~he two railways, the land bounded on the North by Woolbright Road, West by the Seaboard East by the Florida East Coast and South to the City lzm~s' '~ should' be zoned as high as possible, and that if it is zoned "A- no commercial property can ~ built there. The Nayor suggested that the r~lway and the Federal ~ga~ay should both be commercial regardless of who~owns the property. Mr. Shook Suggested that the price be raised and the money received be put into a Cemetery Fund for caring for the grounds. At present such expenses are taken from the General Fund. I~r.
