Er. Shook suggested that between ~he two railways, the land
bounded on the North by Woolbright Road, West by the Seaboard
East by the Florida East Coast and South to the City lzm~s' '~ should'
be zoned as high as possible, and that if it is zoned "A- no
commercial property can ~ built there.

Mr. Griffith said ha understood that the building was under

The Mayor said the cemetery was not being maintained for
personal gain or profit and was for the residents o~ Boynton
Beach.
Mr. Shook Suggested that the price be raised and the money
received be put into a Cemetery Fund for caring for the grounds.
At present such expenses are taken from the General Fund.
I~r. Merkel thought the City should be allowed to orovide lots
for its own people at lc~¥er cost then for outsiders, -
