The minutes of the Regular Meeting of May l, 1945 were
read and approved as read.
Upon motion made by Commissioner Tattersal!, seconded

playground equipment.

for the sum of $275.00 as well ~s ~ts S & 4 Blo~ 5 Robe. S

THEREFOR~ BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the
City of Boynton Beach, Flc~ida, in regular session assembled,
that a city hall building be constructed on Lots ~ te 12 Incl,
Block 5 Roberts Addition, in accordance with pl~us and speci£i-
cations prepared by L. Phillips Clarke, Architect of West Palm
Beach, Florida.
