A Special Meeting of the City Commission was ~al~ed
by Mayor Paul Mercer at 2 p m October 24,1946 for the put-
pose of adopting a Resolution fixing the time for the Com~i
mission of the City of Boynton Beach, Fla. to sit as a Board
of Equalization in the matter of assessment of the property
of said City for taxation for the year 1946 and any other
matters of importance coming before the meeting.
Present were Mayor Paul Mercer
Vice Mayor BoVoTattersall
making a majority of the City Commission attending.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Cemmiesien ef the
City of Boynton Beach, in Palm Beach Coanty, Florida, shall sit
as a Board of Eq~aalization at the City Hall in the City of Bcyntom
BeZ¢h~ in Palm Beach Co~ty, Florida, on the 12~h day of November,
19$6, at the hour of l0 A.E. of said day, for the purpose of equal-
izi~g the assessments of the property ef such 0ity for ~axation
parposes for the year 1956, in accordance with the provisions of
the City Charter;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: that ~otice of the action herein
taken be given by two p~olications of this resolation in a lee'al
newspaper an~ by posting a copy thereof at the front door of the
City Hall in Boynton Beach, in Palm Beach Comnty, Florida.
