were read and approved upon motion made by Commissioner
Stevens, seconded by Commissioner Menzel and unanimously caz~ied.

I herewith submit my bid for the Cleaning and Painting
of the Water Tank as follOWs:-
The exterior of the roof, sheli, ta~k bottom end the TOwe~
to be cleaned by means of h~ud scraping and wLve b_~ushi~g,
so as to have a clean s~face free From rust or scale.
Following this, all surfaces to be painted with one (1) coat
of Red Lead Primer. ~ter allowing priming paint to d~y
thoroughly, one (1) coat of alumin-~ paint to be applied
over the total exte~io~ surfaces of the Sank s~d tower.
2.A sigm composed of the follOWing letters ~ B 0 Y NT 0N-
to be pe. inted in black on the tamk shell. The overall
~imensions e£ each lette~ to ~et exceed four fee~ (&')
in height by three feet (3') in width. T.he location and
