Stevens~ ~ayor ?~o ~enze±~ ~_~e-~ay ~ J~ Fo Bowen, Town Clerk. above constituting the ~nt=re Board of Town Co~issfoners of the Town of Boynton~ ~±o~=d~, The minutes of the Regular ~eeting of October 15, 1935 were read and approved~ Ordinance No~ 148 entitled: AN ORDINANCE 07 THE T0~N OF BOYNTON~ P~M BEACH COLtTY, ~m0RIDA~ AD~[ENDiNG ORDINANCE N0,140 OF SAiD TOWN BY ADDING THERETO SECTION was placed on its second reading° Commissioner Stevens made a motion that Ordinance No. 148 be adopted~ which was seconded by Co~missioner Bowen and upon being put to a vote~ the following vote was had thereon: Co~_issioner Stevens~ aye' '~ ~ 7 ~ presiding~ declared Thereupon, ~. D. D~ Stevens, as XaTor presiding, deoiared Ordinance No. 149 to have been duly passed and adopted. Upon motion made by Go~aissioner Stevens, seconded by Cc~.issioner Bowen, and unanimously carried, the following RESOLUTION was passed and adopted: RES 0 L UT i 0 N YEEEREAS, there appears on the ledger and records of the Water Department of the Town of Boynton¢ numerous unoot!ectabie l~'ater Department accounts; and I%iiEREAS, diligent effort has been made to collect these delinquent accounts ~ and, IA~_EREAS, the aforesaid uncollectable Water Department accounts are uncollectable Pot the reason that the consumers have removed from the Town} or are financially unable to pay the account~ or errors were made in rea~ing meters; or calculating bills, otc; .....
