Upon Eotion made by Com~ssione~ Bowen, seconded by
Commissione~ ~enzel and duly ca~mied~ the following bills

upon beir~ put to a vote, the following vote was bad thereon:-

0z~linance No. 150 to have been duly passed and adopted.
Upon motion made By Commissioner Menzel, seconded by
Co~m~tssioner Bowen mhd duly ca~ried, the following RESOLUTION
was passed ~ud adopted:-

BE IT RES0r.¥~I0 that notic~ is ~her~by 'given by the Terra
Commissioners of the Town of Bo~mton, Palm Eeach County, Florida,
that a C~neral Election of said Tow~ will be held at the TOE Hall,
on the Dixie Highway, in the Town of Boynton, Palm Beach County~
Florida, between the houPs of Eight o~clock A.Mo and Stu~e~ of the
~irteenth ~13th) day. of April, A. D, 1936, for the pttrpose of
electing an encumben~ to the office ef Vice-Nayor, for a teEa
of three (3) yea~s.
Ali nominations for said office shall be made at least
ten (i0) days prior to the date of said election. Nominating
petitions er certificates shall be accompanied by a filing fee of
Twenty Five Dollars ($28.00). Candidates may be voted for on the
ballot without being nominated.
Notice is further given that Frances Stitts, E~a
~lacKay and .~eorge N. Seegitz are he_~eby~ appeared
Inspectors and Bertha ~. Williams as Clerk of said election and
are ordered to report at the Town Hall on the day ~ud time
aforesaid to hold said election.
BE IT FURTMER RESOLVE~ that a copy of this notice be posted
at the Front Door of the Town H~ll of the Town of Boynton,
Palm Beach County, Florida.
BE iT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Registration Book of She
Town of Boynton, Palm Beaeh County, Florida, be opened for the
Registration of all qualified electors of the Town of Boynton,
Palm Beach County, Florida, at the To?.~ Hall on the fourth (~th)
day of ~a~ch, A.D. 19S6. All persons desiring_to ~egis~e~ for the
General Election called for th~13~t~_.d~ay of April_,.A.D. 1936,
should register o~ or before April 3rd, A. D. 1936, at which time
the Registration Book will be closed.
Upon motion made by Co~missione~ Bowen, seconded Dy
Corm~-ssione~ Menzet and duly carried, the following RESOLUTION
was passed $~d adopted:-
V~qERE,~S, it has come to the attention of the Boaz~i of Town
ComnGissione~s of the Town of Boynton, Florida, that the Federal
Housing Ad~.~nistration contemplates abolish~ing the Regional Office
of said Adminmstr~tmon at West Palm Beach, Florida; and,
WHEREAS, said Regional Office of the Federal H~sing
Administration located at West Palm Beach, Florida, has been of
great service to Home owners in Boynton and vicinity; and~
WHEREAS, it is deemed advisable that this Regional Office
located at ~est Palm Beach, Fl~ori~a, ~e contin~ued and ~intained...
THE~FORE BE IT ~ESOLI~D, by the Board of Town Co~w~--issione~s
of the T,~rn of Boynton, Florida, that the Federal Housing
.~dminlstrato~, whose office is located in ¥~ashington, D. C.,
be requested to continue and maintain the Regions~l Office of the
Federal Housing Administration now located at West Palm Beach,
BE IT FURTH~ RESOLVED~ that the Town Clerk of the Town of
Boynton, Florida, foz~ar~i a copy of this Resolution to
Hon. Stewart McDonald, Federal Housing Administrator at asnmng~on,
D.C.; Hon. Fens Hathaway, Jacksonville, Florida and Hon. J. Nark
'~ilcox, ~asn~ugto~_, Do Co
Upon motion made by Commissione~ Bowon, seconded by
Commtissieno~ Menzel ~and duly ca,tied, ~tr. William ~enzel
was g~_uted pe_~mission to fence in Lots 9 and 10, Block 2,
Boynton Heights, so long as the To~rn has no use for said
lots.
