A Regular Meeting of the Board of Town Con~.issioners
of the Town of Boynton, Florida, was held at the Tow~ Hall on
Tuesday evening, January 19, 193V, at 7:30 o~clock

Regular Meeting of January 3, 193V,
made a Motion that trailer cars
be

prohobited from parking on vacant lots and also that trailer
be prohibited from parking on residential property or other
proved property without first makim~ arrangements with the owner
and/or lessee of such property for the continuous access by the
occupants of such trailer to the sanitary facilities of the
owner and/or occupants of such residence or improved property,
subject to the approval of the Vice-Mayor in charge of sanitation.
T.his motion was seconded by Commissioner Bowen and unanimously
carried.
The following letter was read:

Dear Sirs:
Pursuant to previous conversations with your clerk,
the undersigned proposes to purchase from the Tow~ of Boynton
the following described real estate situate in the Town of
Boynton and described as follows, to wit: Lot l0 of Sam Brown,

Jrs. subdivision, at the price and sum of $3000.00 payable
on me~ivery of a good and sufficient warranty deed convey-
ing said property to the undersigned.
This is subject to the right of the undersigned to
have prepared an abstract to said property and the opinion
of his attorney that the ~bstract shows a merchantable title
to said real estate in the Town of Boynton.
If this proposal is accepted it is understood that the
Town of Boynton will execute a deed for the conveyance of said
property, and escrow agreement for the delivery of same in ap-
proval of title and payment of purchase price.

Upon motion made by Commissioner Weems, seconded by
Commissioner Bowen and duly carried, Nr. Reiber's proposition
was accepted with the exception that the Town will deliver
Special Warranty Deed instead of Warranty Deed~ and provided
that purchase is made on or before February 19, t93V.

Thereupo~ Cou~Lmissioner Stevens, as Mayor~ Presidir~,
declared Ordinance #153 to have been duly passed and adopted.
A discussion was .had concerning reports of alleged
Sunday gambling in the building occupied by T. D. Allen and owned
by the Tow~.
Commissioner Bowen made a motion that Chief of Police
~rtin advise Allen to stop the gambling, or else, which motion
w2s seconded by Commissionem Weems and Stevens and thereby un-
animously carried.
There being no further business the meeting adjourned.
