A discussiom was had ceneez~g the assessed valuation
as heretofore placed against lets 3 & 4, Block @, ~. Robert's
subdivision, in which it was ascertained ~hat said valuations
were out cf liue with the v~!uations as placed against
neighboring properties. Thereupon~ Co.~missione~ ~eems~made a
motion that the assessed valuation as placed againSt lets 3 &
~, F. Robert's Subdivision in Block $, be adjusted to $1,~00.OO
fo~ ~he yea~s l~31 to 193~ inclusive. This motion was seconded
by Com~issiene~ Peterson and duly carried.
