power line on palmetto Street between Park and Curtis Avenues,
to a point approximately fifteen feet west of the west c~b.

1. That the proposed Letter Agreement between the Town of
Boynton, Florida, and Florida Power & Light Company, ~mich is herein-
after set forth in form in Section 2 hereof, be and the same is hereby
approved as to form and substance.
2. That the Mayor and the Town Clerk of and on behalf of
the Tow~ of Boynton, Florida, be and they are hereby authorized and
directed to execute and enter into ~ithFlorida Power & Light Company
the said proposed Letter Agreement approved in Section I hereof, and
hereimafter set forth in form as follows:

of or revenues from electric energy or service sold or the volume of energy generated or purchased for sale or sold.
NOMINAL CANDLE-POWER:
For the purpose of bi]llng under this rate schedule, the Nominal Candle~power is to be taken as the manufacturer's
rating of ~amp in lumens divided by 10.

~5 East of Co. Read was ordered sold to Fred G. Benson for the
sum of Fifteen H-~ud~ed Dollars ($1~$00~00) and the ~ayor and
Town Clerk were authorized, ordered and dLvected to execute a
Special Warranty Deed in favor of,~_~. Benson as soon as the
Town receives Special ~aste~s meed to said property.
