Thereupon the meeti~ was recessed to August ~, 1939

By and ,through the above plan the market may
be h~ilt an~ financed, and then the Control thereof
placed in the hands of the Town.
In the mean~i , however, it may be a~ranged
for o~e of the members of the Commission as an
individual or as a Oo,~mmf ssi oner (after giving a bond)
to reeeive and hold in tr~st stock subscriptions to
th~ end o2 the orga~izat~ion of said corporation.
I have given considerable thought to this
of the meeting last even-
ing, and i ~ is the most feasible plan.
