Upon motion made by Co~is~one~ Oete~on, seconded by
Co:~isslone~ Weens and unanimously cam~ied~ the following
Resolution was passed and adopted:
RESOLUTION

dilapidation mud decay to such m~ extent t~t the s~e has become
