tz~a~siants coming into Boynton, which.will be called "migrants",
a General W~lfa~e BOard should he organized.
A ~epresentative from each civic g~oup, & chu~c~ body~ with the
honorable mayor a~t the head.
An investiga ~t~ should be appointed, soall ~ganizations will
net be helpLug one family. We ~will have a situation like Belle
Glade if no~ taken in time.
I will Be glad to co-operated with you Lu this erganlza$ion, as I
was a ~et~esentative f~em the Baptist church on such a community
welfare Board at Belle Glade.
