Co~missioner Peterson made a motion that the report of t~-~e
Eleotlon board be accepted as rendered, which motion was
seconded by Cor~m~ssioner~n~0~ ~d duly carried,
Thereupon, Mayor Benson declared the name of this
municipality to be
~y of Boyr~on Beach~ to becom~ effective
at once in accordano~ with an Act of the Legis~m. ture and the
f~vorable refemendum thereon.
