Co~missior~er Stevens called the meeting to order

of forty two hundred fifty dollars now Ln your interest

a motion tb~t the telegram be tabled until he became

same was du!], carried.
~fr. N~vting brought up the matter of placing a
caution light at the intersection of D~ie Highway and
Oce~ ~%ve and also to replace some of ~he streetli~mf~s
thaz ~d been cut off recen~!y. Mr. Bowen su~ested
Power & Light Co., before asking the Company to
the contract again, covering tb~ Street LightLug
This was mutually agreed upon.
A motion was made by Commissioner Nutting,

After some discussion Co~missioner Bowen asked that
~r. Peterson furnish references before any action be taken0
on his application. Upon mo~ion of Co~aissioner Nutting~
seconded ~y Co~v~uissioner Stevens and_ d:aly carried,
Peterson was asked to furnish references whic~ are to
be presented at the next Regular ~/ieeting to be held ~(ay tVth.

Lyman, members of the. Advisory Con*mitre were present and dis-
cussed what progress they had made in reference to investi-
gating the '~£nite suit.
