that our employment in this matter was authorized by a
resolution adopted by the Towm C~nnission of
the To~n of Boynton at a regular meeting of the Board held
May 19, 193t. ~ay we ask you to kindly acknowledge the
receipt of this letter and bill mad to transmit the bill
~o the Tovna Conamission for audit and payment.

and Tax Bills mailed.
A motion was made by Commissioner Nutting, seconded by
Commissioner Stevens and duly o~rried, that Taxpayers be al-
lowed 60 days from date of mailing, bills~ in which to pay the
added five mills on the 1931 Ts~ Bi~s before becoming de~
!inquent .......
A motion was made by Commissioner Bowen, seconded
by Co~missioner Nutting and duly carried that the following
persons be allowed to work out their water bills at one dol-
per day.

Tb~s led to a discussion in whic~ it was brought out
that the Charter of the Town of BOynzon provides that the
Town Clerk shall be ex-officio Tax Assessor.
A motion was made by Commissioner Stevens~ seconded
by Co~issioner Bow~n and duly carried tha~ the Tax Assessor
be ordered to prepare the 1932 Tax ~olt..
Mr Hart was advised that his claim for an unpaid bill
would be investigated.
The matter of issuing Time ?garran~s in payment of Florida
Power mad Light Bills was brought up mad motion was made by
