A Special Meeting of the Board of Town Conzmlssioners of the
Town of Boynton, F_orzda~ was held at the Tovm Hall of the Tow-n
of Boynton~ Florida~ on Wednesday evening, June 29, 1932 at
8:00 o~c!ock P.M.

The Meeting being called for the purpose of disoussing the
advisability of ~ssuing Time ~arrants to the Florida Power and
~,moht Company for ba±_s that the Town owes them and to transact
any other business that might come before the Co~ms~mO~o
A discussion was b~d with Mr. Chas. Senior of the Florida Power
and Light Company with reference ~o the bills now due the said
Company. 'Er~ Senior stated that the Company was now msking up a
Certificate of Indsbtness form f~ presentation to the
Co~issioners~ but that he would take the matter of issuing
Time Warrants to them for consideration~
in a discussion as to accepting Bonds in part pa~ent of Taxes
it was definitely decided that all due $~d past due coupons
must accompany the Bond~
A ~otion was made by Co~_issioner Bowen that the following
Resolution be adopted~

of the Town of Boynton~ Florida~ purchased from the American
La France Fire Engine Co of Elmira~ N.Yo 0~rE fire engine
for the sum of Seven Thousand Seven Hvuudred Fifty Dollars (7,750.0(
for which the To~m gave its General Fund Check No 361 for the
of Five Hundred Dollars (~500.00) sm, d the following notes,

the s-am of Six Thousand Fifty Dollars and Eig~hty Two Cents
($0,080o82) in cash snd still owes the said A~_.erican La Francs
Fire Engine Compa~v the s-u~ of One Thous~ad Six Hum~med Ninety
Nine Dollars Eighteen Cents ($1,899.18)~of which FoP H~_ndred
Ninety Dollars and Eighty Four Cents ($~90.8%) is evidenced by
a no~e executed by the Board of Tovaa Cor~issioners under date
of ~A~ugust 21, 192~ ~nd matures &ugust 21~ 1932 bearing interest
at o% per amr~_~ AND
The ~eriean La France m~zd Foamit~ industries, Inc.~ successors
to the American La France Fire Engine Company have made various
and sund_~y repairs to the fire .engin~ owuaed by the Town of
Bo~nton, Florida., said repairs amo~uting to the sum of One
Hundred Forty Dollars and Twenty Three Cents ($1~0.23) for
which the Town of Boynton is ~mdebted to the American La France
and Foamite Industries Zuc.~ in addition to the ~mount
herein above sst forth~ AND

The American La F~ance ~d Foa~2ite Industries Inc., b~vs
agreed to accept a note for the s~um of Six H~_udred Seventy Four
Dollars and Twenty Nine Cents ($8~.~9) payable Two yaars
July 21 ~ 1~3~ amd a nots for Six Hundred Seventy Fo~ Dollars
and Twenty Eight Cents ($8V~.28) payable Three years after
July ~l, 19Z~ for t~ liquidation of the indebtedness owing them
by the Town of Boynton~
