S.o523.96: of So1!59.5~ 0f:ii~ of SE~ of Sec. 33 East of

Lot 2~ Rousseau~s Subdivision
This propsrt is notblng but tow~ying farm land and we fee!
tb~t a Tax of $2.00 per acre peri, ear would be more them fair~
Outside of having to~ wa~er on one of these parcels of
property, we feel that we get absolutely no consideration pr
protection from the Town of Boynton~ fact, w~en we asked
for water on this particular tract, we-had zo pay additions~
besides the deposit, on the meter~ to have the pipe rom to
our property line.
In the past four years we have puz in over $30~000o00 in
these n,~_~series and we are now employing from eight to ten men.
Unless there is some ~astic reduction in the amount of taxes
assessed on these properties, it is ou~ intention to close up
the nurseries amd stop spending money on them.
?age5
~e hope that you will see your way clear zo reduce both the
valuation and millage on these properties as~we absolutely
refuse to pay ar~ such taxes as are now being levied against
Thanking you for you~ king eonsideration~ we ares
