Ny Dea~ Mr. Long:-
Ih ave you~ ene!osed statement fOr-additional taxes on my
l~operty in the original town of BoYnton, whiCh has been issued
by orde~ of the Cou~t. ! thought t had all these" taxes pai~but it
seems_[asthoughyou 'can be taxeA on Florida property at any time.
It is impossible for me to be in Boynton when these taxes
a~e assessed, and I think that on Lot ~, Block 10 onwhich you
have assesse~ valuation ef $3500~O0'to~be~exerbitanto ~ also think
the assessed valuation cf Lets $, A, ~, 6, V & 8, Block 11
at $328,00 each is way beyond th~ v~luation of these pr~pertles am
would therefore put in a p~otest that these p~operties be assesse~
at a lower valuation. I'enclose'a certified cheek payable to the
Town of Boynton for $2V.53 which will PaY this excess on my
1931 taxes.
Respectfully ~-

for 1931, is value~ at $2~370.00. We'would ~er~ainly be very glad
to sell this lot for hell ~hat figure.
The o~her lots seem to be assessed on a fai~ basis but the
