The Minutes of the Regular Meeting held June 20, 1933
were read and apl~roved upon motion made by Commissionem Bowen~
seconded by Co.mmissioner ~fenze! and unsa~imously carried.
The Minutes of the Special Meeting held June 24, i933
were mead and approved upon motion made by Co~m~issic~uer Bowen,
seconded by Co~mmiSsioner Menzel and tuus_uimously carried.

forcing collection of the said indebtedness, the ~uicipality
specifically waives its priveleges ~32ader any statute of limita-
tions in connection ~th said indebt~dness and agrees that the
acceptar~ce of this Certificate by Florida Power & Light Company

s~a±_ not effect a~j right of said Company to discontmnue~ser-
vice for non-payment of this or other indebtedness of s~aid mu-
nicipality.

now owned by the To~n of Boynton for the best price obtainable,
