Commissioner Stevons moved the adoption of the
following Resolution:
the To-,~ of Boynton owns one Fordson
Tractor which is not used for any purpose, and,
Ross has offered tho sum. of Seventy
Five ($V5.00) for said Fordson Tractor.
N~¥~ THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by ~he Board o£ Town
Commissioners of the Town of Boynton, Florida, that the Town
sell said Fordson Tractor to Mr. C. R. Ross'for the sum of
Seventy Five ($V5.00} Dollars cash.
Commissioner Bogen seoonded the motion for the adop-
tion of th~ above and foregoing Resolution and upon being
put to a vote the followir~ vote was had thereon:
