A Regular Meeting of the Board of Town Commissioners of the
Term of Boynton, Flor~da~ was held at the Town Hall o~ Tuesday
evening, October 2, 1934 at 7:30 o'clock

ers of the Town of Boynton, Florida.

Upon motion made by Commissioner Stevens~ seconded by Com-
missioner Bowen and unanimously carried, the following bills were

Industries was received in due course. We immediately
took the matte, up with the comDany, and have today
received definite instructions with reference to the
matter.
The Company is agreeable and Will
accept your plan of settlement as outlined in your
letter, of September 10th, with one exception, to-wit,
that the town should execute in addition to the notes
or certificates of indebtedness ~eferred to, a form
of retain title contract, copy Of ~£nich I am enclosing
herewith for your consideration. It has been our
practice to get this contract executed by all
executing renewals during the past year or more, and
we will appreciate you considering the matter along
this line.

that on ~ul~ 4, 1925,
Boynton, executed a retain title contract mud gave same to
Mr. Gleason of the American La Francs and F0amite Corporation.
The Deputy Town Clerk was instructed to return the
re ain title con~ract form to Mr. ~a~ter F. Rogers, also to
inform him that the Conmissioners of the Tovm of Boynton feel
that since a retain title contract has already been executed,
and' ~iven to Mr. Gleason of the ~_erican La Frs_uce~and Fom~.ite
Co_poratzon, they see no need for executing another one.
,Mr. Wm. P. S. omerville who was present and speaking in
behalf of the P. T, A.~ requested that a watcDmian be placed at
the F. E. C. Railway crossing on 0cea~ Avenue for the protection
of the school children, dur_ng th~ period of the Legionaire
Conveh'tion.
A motion was made ~y Commissioner Bowen seconded by Com-
m_sslon, er Stevens and unanimously carried to place a wa~o.o.man
at the F. E. Co Railway crgssing on Oce.sfn Avenue during the
