A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CiTY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
ASSESSING THE COSTS OF ABATEMENT OF
CERTAIN NUISANCES AGAINST THE OWNERS OF
THE PROPERTY INVOLVED, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Manager or his designated
~epresentative of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, acting
Dn and in behalf of the City, has pursuant to Section 10-5
Df the Code of the City of Boynton Beach, found and
determined that the condition of certain property or parcels
~f land as hereinafter described violates Section 10-2 and
~0-3 of the said Code by reason of the existence of
~xcessive growth of weeds, grass, vegetation or other
%oxious plants or other offensive substance detrimental to
~he health and welfare of the residents of the City, thereby
~onstituting a nuisance; and
W~EREAS, the owners of the parcel of property
~ereinafter described were duly notified in accordance with
~ection 10-5 of the City Code and were required to abate the
%uisance, as described in the notice to the owners within
~he prescribed period of time; and
WHEREAS, said nuisance was not abated as required; and
W~ER~AS, pursuant to and in accordance with the
)rocedure set forth in Chapter 10 of the Code of the City of
Boynton Beach, the City abated said nuisances; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has made a report of costs
actually incurred by the City and abatement of said nuisance
as to the property involved, which is hereinafter described.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE iT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1. The amount of costs incurred by the City
and the abatement of the above described nuisance as to the
