A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT BETWEEN
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH AND BOYNTON
BEACH FALL MARKETING FUND; SAID CONTRACT
BEING ATTACHED HERETO AS EXHIBIT "A";
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach,
lorida, upon recommendation of Staff, deems it to be in the best
interests Of the Citizens and residents of the City of Boynton
~each to enter ~nto a Contract with Boynton Beach Mall Marketing
Fund in conjunction with Building Safety Week.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
.ITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA THAT~
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of Boynton
~each, Florida, does hereby authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to
~xecute a certain Contract between the City of Boynton Beach and
3oynton Beach Mall Marketing Fund whick Contract is attached
~ereto as Exhibit "A".
Section 2.

APPLICABLE OPERATING RULES FOR THIS EVENT
1. Licensee shall keep the Premises open for business during the normal shopping center hours.
2. Licensee shatl display no merchandise outside of the Premises and shall keep the Premises and any displays in a safe,
clean and proper manner.
3. Licensee shall not permit any rubbish or refuse emanating from the Premises to accumulate in the Mall areas.
4. Licensee shall make arrangements for trash removal.
5. Licensee shall provide all necessary tables, chairs, identical table skirtings, sign& et~
6. Licensee shall provide a clearance Of 10 feet (minimum) from any store front o~' kiosk.
7. Licensee shall furnish and pay for all labor: needed to set up and take down display.

dragging or pushing displays across the floor.
27. The oromoter will see to- it that each tenant receives a copy of the operating rules for exhibitors. These may be
reproduced at, me..promoter's. ,expense and we suggest you have them mgne(~ ss part of your contract
