A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE A SERVICE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH AND COMPUADD
CORPORATION; A COPY OF SAID AGREEMENT IS
ATTACHED HERETO AS EXHIBIT "A~'; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach,
'lorida upon recommendation of staff, deems it to be in the best
interest of the citizens and residents of the City of Boynton
Beach to authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to enter into a
~ervice Agreement with CompuAdd Corporation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
ZITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA THAT:
Section 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed
~o execute a Service Agreement between the City of Boynton Beach
~nd CompuAdd Corporation, said Agreement being attached hereto as
~xhibit
Section 2.
lpon passage.
This Resolution shall take effect immediately
