O72-04 ORDINANCE NO. 72-4 AN ORDINANCE OP THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH~ FLORIDA, APPROVING PLAT OF BOYNTON BEACH INDUSTRIAL PAt~,-~- ADDITION ~1, PROVIDING FURTHER FOR A SAVINGS CLAUSE, REPEALING PROVISIONS, AN EPPECTIVE DATE AND FOR OTHER PI1RPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TNE CITY OP BOYNT©N BEACH~ PLORIDA Section 1: That it is hereby determined that the proposed plat of BOYNTON BEACH INDUSTRIAL PARK- ADDITION ~1~ heretofore submitted to the City Council of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida for approval~ pursu- ant to the Charter and the Ordinances of the said City does meet all quirements of the City and that same is hereby approved. It is further determined that the additions to the municipal utility system and road- ways shown on said plat have heretofore been installed in accordance with City speeifications at the cost of developer~ and same are hereby accepted. Section 2: Separability: Each of the provisions of this Ordinance are separable~ including word~ clause, phrase, os sentence, and if any portion hereof shall be declared invalid, the remaining portiom shall not be affected, but shall remain in full force and effect. Section 3: Repealing Provisions: All ordinances or parts of ordin- ances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. Section 4: Effective Date: This Ordinance shall become effective in the manner and au the time provided in the Charter and Ordinanees of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida.
