THIS CAUSE came before a public hearing before the Special Magistrate of the City
of Boynton Beach, Florida on AUGUST 19, 2020 after due notice to the Respondent(s), at which
time the Magistrate heard testimony under oath, received evidence, and issued its findings of fact
and conclusions of law and thereupon issued its oral order which was reduced to writing and
furnished to the Respondent(s). Said Order required the Respondent(s) to take certain corrective
action by the time certain, as more specifically set forth in that Order with a compliance date of
September 15, 2020 or a penalty of$ 500.00 would be imposed each date the violation exists
as detailed in full in the written "Order".
On November 18 2020 a fine certification was held in this matter before the Special
Magistrate. Under oath, the Code Officer testified to the Magistrate that the required corrective
action to achieve compliance by Respondent(s)was not taken as ordered and that
Respondent(s)was still in violation of the Order. Accordingly, it having been brought to the
Magistrate's attention that the Respondent(s)did not comply with the Special Magistrate Order
dated_August 26, 2020 _, it is therefore ORDERED that Respondent(s) pay to the City of
Boynton Beach, Florida, a fine in the amount of$ 500.00 per day from the compliance date for
the violation(s)that exist at 521 NW 13TH AVE , Boynton Beach, Florida, more fully described as:
Lot 3, Knollwood Subdivision, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 27 Page 54. It
is also found that the Respondent has not paid the administrate costs of$ 384.12 imposed on
AUGUST 19, 2020.

At the Fine Certification Hearing, the Special Magistrate certified an accrued fine in the
amount of$31,500.00 plus administrative costs of$ 384.12 for a total of$ 31,884.12 . The daily
fine will continue to accrue until compliance has been achieved. This Order may be
recorded and shall constitute a lien against the above-described property pursuant to Chapter
162 of the Florida Statutes.

THIS MATTER came before the Community Standards Special Magistrate for hearing on the 19TH DAY OF AUGUST,2020.
After considering the testimony and evidence the Magistrate finds:
1. Respondent(s)owns the Property,which is the subject of this Magistrate proceeding.
2. A violation or violations existing on the Property as set forth in the Notice of Violation is/are as follows:

3. The Respondent(s)has/have been properly provided with Notice of Hearing and did appear at the hearing.
It is therefore,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED THAT:
1. Respondent(s)shall correct the violation(s)by September 15,2020.
2. If the Respondent(s)will not comply with this Order,a fine in the amount of$500.00 is imposed each day the violation(s)
exist(s)past the date set for compliance or for each time the violatlon(s)has/have been repeated.Additionally,administrative
costs of$384.12 is now assessed.
3. Once a fine is certified,that Order shall thereafter be recorded amongst the Public Records of Palm Beach County, Florida and
shall constitute a lien upon the property located at:
521 NW 13TH AVE.,BOYNTON BEACH, FL., and more particularly described as: Lot 3, Knolwood Subdivision,according to
the Plat thereof,recorded in Plat Book 27, Page 54,of the Public records of Palm Beach County, Florida.

4. Respondent(s)shall advise the Community Standards Division within 24 hours after the violation(s)have/has been
corrected. The Community Standards Specialist assigned to this case will verify the status of the violation(s).
