Verify that the i proposed elevation is in compliance with regulations of the code by adding i specifications to the site data that address the following issues: a) The design professional-of-record for the project shall add the i following text to the site data: "the proposed floor elevation __ ! NGVD is aboVe the highest 100-year base flood elevation applicable to i the building site, as determined by the South Florida Water i Management District's Surface water management construction i development regulations." Compliance with the Building Codes will be evaluated at time of permit X review. The permit fee, water and sewer facility fees, Fire and Life Safety fees, County fees and State fees will be determined at time of permit review. 7. i Permits are required to construct the improvements that are shown on the X · approved site plan/conditional use documents. Permit application forms are available in the Building Division of the Development Department. A permit submittal checklist is available in the Building Division. The list i identifies the basic documents that the Plans Analyst checks for when an I applicant submits for permit review.
