A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
DETERMINING THE NECESSITY TO ACQUIRE BY
VOLUNTARY CONVEYANCE THE FEE SIMPLE
TITLE TO REAL PROPERTY, FROM THE RECORD
TITLE OWNER, MR. CLAUDE D. ROSS, AND
LOCATED AT N.W. 10TH AVENUE, ON THE WEST
SIDE OF SEACREST BOULEVARD IN THE CITY OF
BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA (THE PROPERTY)
FOR PARK AND OTHER MUNICIPAL PURPOSES:
APPROVING THE PURCHASE PRICE FOR THE
PROPERTY IN THE AMOUNT OF $12,5~0 ~
APPROVING THE DEUELOPMENT OF A PASSIVE
PARK ON THE PROPERTY AT A COST NOT TO
EXCEED $2,000.00; AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE NECESSARY
DOCUMENTS AS PROVIDED FOR HEREINAFTER:

WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton
Beach, Florida has determined the necessity to acquire by
voluntary conveyance fee simple title to real property for
park and other municipal purposes; and
WHEREAS, the City has heratofore caused the area to be
located and legally described as set forth in Exhibit "A"
attached hereto and made a part hereof (Property); and
WHEREAS, the City feels it is appropriate and in the
best interests of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida that
the property be purchased by the City for the purchase price
of $12,~00 and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That each Whereas clause set fort~ above
is true and correct and herein incorporated by this reference.
Section 2. That it is hereby declared and determined
that it ~s necessary to acquire by voluntary conveyance the
fee simple title to the Property for park and other munic~-
pal purposes.
Section 3. That the City Commission of the City of
Boynton Beach, Florida hereby approves the purchase price of
$12,500 for the Property, and authorizes development of a
passive park on said property at a cost not to exceed $2,000.
Section 4. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
.uthorized to execute such documents which have been
and reviewed by the City Attorney and are necessary
complete the transactions contemplated herein.
Section 5. That all resolutions or parts of
