R91-/~/ A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, APPROVING THE ARCHITECTURAL FIRM OF JOSEPH MIDDLEBROOKS AND ASSOCIATES, INC., TO PERFORM PROFESSIONAL SERVICES RELATED TO THE SINGLE FAMILY (INFILL) CONSTRUCTION PROGRAM AND ALSO APPROVAL FOR THE CITY ATTORNEY AND COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT DEPARTMENT TO NEGOTIATE AN AGREEMENT WITH JOSEPH MIDDLEBROOKSAND ASS©CIATES, INC., AND AUTHORIZING ~ND DIRECTIN~ ~HE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO ExEc~E THE SAME~ AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, upon the recommendation of staff, the City ~ommission of the City of Boynton Beach deems it to be in ~he best interests of the citizens and residents of the City Df Boynton Beach, Florida to approval the architectural firm Df Joseph Middlebrooks and Associates, Inc., to perform 9rofessional services related to the single family (infill) :onstruction program and also approval for the City Attorney ~nd Community Improvement Department to negotiate an ~greement with Joseph Middlebrooks and Associates, Inc., ~onsistent with the terms and conditions set forth in the Request for Proposal Professional Architectural Services ~onstruction program and also approval for the City Attorney and Community Improvement Department to negotiate an agreement with Joseph Middlebrooks and Associates, Inc., consistent with the terms and conditions set forth in the Request for Proposal Professional Architectural Services attached hereto; Section 2. This immediately upon passage. Resolution shall take effect ~ttached hereto; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission 9f the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, that: Section 1. The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach hereby approves the architectural firm of Joseph Middlebrooks and Associates, Inc., to perform )rofessional services related to the single family (infill) PASSED AND ADOPTED this /~ day of June, 1991.
