A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY CO~ISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
ACCEPTING THE DEPARTMENT OF
TRANSPORTATION CONCEPTUAL PLAN FOR THE
LOW LEVEL BRIDGE (26' VERTICAL
CLEARANCE) AT ~E BOYNTON BEACH
I BOULEVARD LOCATION, AND PROVIDING AN
I EFFECTIVE DATE.
I WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton
peach has reviewed conceptual plans from FDOT for a new
iridge structure over the Intracoastal Waterway; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined by the City Commission
.o be in the best interest of the citizens and residents of
.he City of Boynton Beach to select the conceptual plan of
~he low level bridge (26' vertical clearance) at the Boynton
~each Boulevard location.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE iT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
THE CiTY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of
~oyn[on ~Beach, Florida hereby approves the conceptual plan
from DFOT for a new bridge structure over the Intracoastal
~aterway, said plan providing for the low level bridge (26'
vertical clearance) at the Boynton Beach Boulevard location.
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect
.mmediately upon passage.
