A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
ADOPTING A FINAL MILLAGE RATE OF 7.7528
MILLS FOR THE CITY'S GENERAL OPERATING
FUNDS FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING
OCTOBER 1, 1990 AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 30,
1991; PROVIDING THAT THE FINAL MILLAGE
RATE OF 7.7528 MILLS IS 9.4 PERCENT
(9.4%) ABOVE THE COMPUTED ROLLED-BACK

WHEREAS, a Final Budget has been reviewed
by the City Commission of the City of
Beach, Florida, for the ensuing year, with
information, including revenues to be derived from

Section 2. The Final Millage rate of 7.7528 mills
is 9.4 percent 9.4% above the computed rolled-back rate.
Section 3. if any clause, section or other part of
this Resolution shall be held by any court of competent
jurisdiction to be unconstitutional or invalid, such
unconstitutional or invalid part shall be considered as
eliminated and shall in no way affect the validity of the
other provisions of this Resolution.

recommendations as to the amount necessary to

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1. The final millage rate necessary to be
tevied against ad valorem valuation of property subject to
taxation in the City of Boynton beach, Florida, to produce s
sufficient sum which together with departmental and other
revenues will be sufficient to pay for appropriations made
in the budget for the Fiscal Year beginning October 1, 1990
and ending September 30, 1991, is hereby set at 7.7528 mills
(7.5927 for the General Fund, .0039 for the Publicity Fund
and .1562 for the Capital Improvement Fund), plus .5885 for

in conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of
such conflict.
Section 4. This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon passage.
