Zone R-lA allows a .0 ft. wide lot, but they have no intentions of' building on a 60 ft. lot. The minimum is 75 ft. wide. Most of the lot~s will be in excess o£ 8000 sq. ft. They are cutting do~n the frontage, but will give 'deeper lots and the absolute m~nimum will be 70 ft. The setbacks are 25 ft. in both classifications. USSiOn of Accessory Building Ordinance M~. Ryder ref~rred to the City Co~smcil tabling this ordinance as recommende~[ by the Planning & Zoning Board for further review by the City Planner. M~. Annunziato informed them tha~t two ques'~ions were raised with reference to the storage buimding 6eim~ larger ~han ~00 sq. ft. and whether a two car garage was la~,~ge enough. He clarified this by stating that within the fr ~n~ and rear setbacks, only a 100 s~. ft. and 7 ft. high storage bumldmng wa~ al±owed. ~t~ the owner the opportunity to erect a shee~ of any siz~~~~ setbacks. He thinks it 'oest to remove the entire section regarding de- tached garage ~, Discussion of P.I.D, Ordinance Mr. Annunziato referred to sending out the listing of the staff comments on October 4 and advised that he was waiting for comments from the Board before making revisions for the attorney. He explained how the P.I.D. Ordinance provided for a Planned Industrial Development. He explained how he thought the ~resent OP Zoning was too restrictive. They discussed thds ordinance some and agreed to postpone it for discussion al a workshop meeting with the possibility of a full Board b~ing present. ~. Lambert advised that he would be out of to~n on December 28. Chairman Kelly suggested that Mr. Annunzia~o send out a memo advising of thespians to dis- cuss this ordinance with a request for the me~oers to be pre- pared. Other Discus~ ion M~.
