for the costs as occurred and add an approximate percentage
for overhead. This will eliminate a headache with collect-
ing 1% on top. He explained the procedure further and there
was some discu sion.
Mr,. Lambert reierred to the time limit and. referred to the
possibility of selling parcels of land to different buyers
at different t~mes. Mr. Clark explained that when applying
for a building permit, everything must be properly subdivided
with streets n£ted, etc.
Mr. Clark then stated that he didn't think they had provided
for a rural su~.division and explained how the County provided
for it. Chairnan Kelly questioned whether it was necessary and
Mr. Annunziato explained how it could happen in the future.
They discussed this some.
Mr. Clark'.then informed them that the sidewalks are included
and are bonded ~nd are part of the improve~ents. He explained
how a contract¢ could elect to use sidewalks during construc-
tion. He explained further this new requirement.
~. Clark then informed them that another change is that a
contractor will have the option to put in street lights and
he explained t~e requirements.
Mr. Annunziato then referred to PUD and PID,s on Page 97.
M~.Lambert re~erred to them j~ping all over and stated he
was under the ~mpression they were going to go over the first
25% and that is what he is prepared for. He suggested they
touch on highlights today and set a schedule for considering
it thoroughly.
~. Clark referred to this ordinance being prepared about one
year ago mud ccmments from department heads being made. He
advised that he would make copies of the comments for the
next meeting. He then read some of the comments. He added
that this was kased on the Comuty ordinance and included over
80 changes smde by them.
Mr. Annunziato then continued with mentioning some of the
highlights and referred to Page 97, Planning Developments,
and advised th~ t they did not have to come back with a master
plan for devel, pment. Also, there are requirements for
recreational p:rposes.
The members then discussed when to hold the next workshop
meeting and the schedule for discussing the ordinance. It
was agreed to discuss up to Page 54, Articles I thru 8,
at the next meeting; then Articles 9 and 10 to Page 91;
then Articles 11 thru 14; then Articles 15 thru 18; then
the forms and appendages. They also agreed to set a date
for the next werkshop meeting at their regular meeting on
Tuesday night.
