The meeting was open at 7:37 p.m.'by ChairmauKostnerforthe purpose of minor
revision to the Official Zoning Regulations. A~vance copies oft he new Regu-
lations were distributed to all members present. Mr. Barrett request ~hat each
member read the copy and report any alterations or revisions to Warren Bushnell
at their earliest opportunity, so that final copy can be prepared.
The meeting adjourned at 8:00 p.m., but was open mdiately thereafter on ~r.
Barretts' request. Mr. Barrett requested that 'the Planning & Zoning Board write
a letter to the City Council requesting that the Council set a schedule for
zoning map printing, distribution and. public hearing~ ' .
The next regular meeting was announced for Novenber, 12, 1974, at 7:30 p.m.
The meeting was re-adjourned at 8:05 p.m.
