Mr. Barrett referred to a #1 behind 30 feet and that he
thought possibly they left something out. He added that
possibly a footnote should be made on #1. Mrs. Huckle
clarified that the #1 referred to the same thing on the next
~age under #2. Mr. Barrett agreed, requesting they take out
#1 which was originally put in as a footnote, but was now
#2.
Mm. Barrett referred to #3, corner lots adjacent to the street,
and requested they strike out the word "there" and start with:
"the side yard setback shall not be less than one-half the
front yard requirement, etc. He clarified this further with
a drawing on the blackboard.
Chairman Kostner noted they should insert the word ~then" after
block.
Mr. Rogers referred to Paragraph A under Density Control and
stated it seemed like the tabulation of rear yards, front
yards and side yards should refer to setbacks. They agreed
to change it to read: "road and building setback requirements.
Mr. Barrett stated that Density Control is #2~. followed with
A and B and then Offstreet Par-king should be #3.
Chairman Kostner referred to a note to place the letter F in
place of B. The members dt~emss~O-F and its ~eference.
It was agreed this should be taken out and also that 20~B did
not apply.

Mr. Barrett noted this stated the same thing and they could
do the same with noting road and building setbacks. He also
~structed them to put a period after observe and cross out
the rest. Mrs. Huckle stated this should still be Section
5 as it is part of residential zoning. R-1AAA was A, R-1AAB
should be B, all under Section 5. Uses Permitted should be
#1, Density Control should be #2, then small A and B. ~.
Barrett requested that under B, they should make the same
additions.
