Conwell's copy of letter to Emily Jackson was discussed by the board and it was
recommended that Mrs. Jackson would respond to Conwell's letter saying that all
future correspondence should be addressed to the chairman of the Planning and
Zoning Board with a copy sent to the chairman.
1 - Leisureville- Parcels around Lake were referred to in a letter from Rosi &
Malavaasi to the board for review and it was then referred back. to the Building
Official for further work and clarification.
2 - Refield- Site plan review of a scond phase Triplex developmental identical
to one previously approved by the board on an adjacent lot in area of N. W. 16th
Court and 5th Street-was approved.
3 - Kingdom Hall- Site plan review of 1520 N. E. 4th Street, addition to the church
for more seating-approved.
4 - Lassitter- Rental-Equipment Business on 804 West Boynton Road west of Congress
Avenue. The Building 0ffieial recommended that this be referred back to cAB re-
garding some requirements they still have. Planning and Zoning Board therefore
tabled this item until further n~%ice.
