The Chairman called the meeting to order as a special meeting, then turned
the meeting over to ars. 3ackson. mrs. 3ackson then discussed the poss-
ibility of having a showing of the motion pic~are "Seeds of Crisis".
The 8oard then discussed how this could be handled, and ~hown to the general
public for their understanding of some of the problems of Planning and
Zoning.
The Board was polled for the purpose of expression-all agreed that this would
be a worthwhile project to work on.
motion ~as made by mr. Kelly that a tentative date of Batch 26, 1974, at
?:30 p.m., be set as the showing date for this film. Seconded by ars.
3ackson. All voted aye.
The Chairman then designated mrs. 3ackson and mrs. Huckle to work out the
details of the showing and report back at the next meeting.
Botion was made by Brs. Huckle to change workshop meetings te Bonday morn-
ings. Seconded by Br. Kelly. Discussion followed and as a result~of dis-
cussion, Brs. 3ackson made a motion to table, nc second being heard, mr.
Kostner then turned the meeting over to the Vice-Chairman, Br. Kelly,
and then made a second to the motion. Vote was 3 for motion, 1 against.
Botion to table passed. Botion made and seconded to adjourn Special mae[lng.
All voted aye.
Regular woekshop meeting called to order, board then continued to make ~inor
changes in the proposed code. The Board worked on this until meeting adjourned
at 11:45 a.m.
