Mr. Kostner called meeting to order at. 9:15
Mro Leiber of Rei~eS and Leiber Land Planners and Mr. Kaplan
of Comwel! Corporation outlined plans for p~'posed development
located east of Congress Avenue, north of Boynton Canal, and
east of 1-95o Board discussed this at length and advised Mr.
Kaptan that there was nothing the Board would recommend at this
time, and suggested that he come back when the new. zoning is
finally adopted.
