Minutes 08-02-73Planning and Zoning Board held a special meeting in the Conference Room at the City Hall, City of Boynton Beach, Fla. August 2. 1973. 9:00 A.M. Pres ent Mr. R. Vastine Chairman Mrs. Kostner Vice Chairman Col. A.J. Wehrell Mr. L. Blacketer Mrs. G. Huckle Mr. J. Kelly J.W. Barrett Building Official #1. Board met to discuss and propose an amendment to Zoning Code Sec.' 31~10A. ~4r~ Mr. Vastine presented and read a proposed amendment. General discussion ensued with corrections and additions being made. Final~'ed form typed and distributed to members. Motion made and, seconded to accept finalized form. Ail voted "aye"/ #2. Continuation of Public hearing re. H.F. Quinn request of road abandonment. Mr. T. Clark, City Engineer explained to Board the result of his discussion with Mr. Quinn. Motion made and seConded to recommend to City Council the abandonment of roads based on all documants pertaining to well location, easments and other pertinant data being submitted to the City Engineer and Council. Wehrell, seconded by Mr. Blacketer. Motion reads: This abandonment be recommended for approval by this Board subject to completion of doCUments relative to road access to the landlocked property and satisfactory solution as to location of the wells and the recording of the proper instrUments as indicated in Mr. Quinn's letter to the City F~ngineer on the date of July 27, 1973 and all instruments to be recorded prior to the abandonment of Right of Way.
