Minutes 11-13-72Minutes of the Special Meeting of the Planning and Zoning Board, held Monday November 13, 1972, at City Hall, Boynton Beach, Florida PRESENT Mr. Robert Olds Mr. Charles Ayers (absent) Mro Otis Walker Mm. Stanley Weaver Mrs. Paula Moore Mr. Fred Kostner Mr. Kent ~wing (absent) Mr. Robert Largent, City Planner Mr. William 8aleazzi, Building Official Mr. Olds called the special meeting to order at 7:00 P.M. Minutes of October 16, 1972 bM. Kostner made motion to accept the minutes of October 16, as written, Mrs. Moore seconded the motion, all votedaye, motion carried. Mr. Olds stated thatMr. L&rgent had a couple of preliminary plans that hewished to present to the Board. Mr. Largent proceeded to explain the Meadow Brook 550 acres which wish to be annexed and a project started. ~e North boundary is Hypoluxo Road, on the Bast is the B-4 canal and then gees West to the existing ranch which .is the Melear Farm. The land lies on both sides of Congress. Mr, Koster wanted to know what. the density would be, Mr. Largent stated that approximately 7. I9. He stated that he would like this density reducedf~. Mr. Largent stated that- he is working on it. is The next plan he submitted was a revised plan~fMr. Banzuley of Sun Ha~n which~ast of Mango H~ights. This p].anshowed the Perry TownHouses frOm_Riviera Beach. ~ Mrs. Moore stated that S. W. 4th and 5thAvenues were to be opened up to Seacrest that was promised on other plans submitted. Mr. Weaver also stated.that S. W. 4th and 5th Avenues should be opened up. bM. Largent said this plan would probably, go back for another des. i~n. Mr. Largent then presented a cursery review of a project 300' x 850' apartment complex 192 units on five (5) acres, approximately 38 unit to acres. The area extends from Potter road on the North, Bast to the Intracoastal and south 850' feet, The Board suggested that Lake Drive, the first street Bast of U.S. t, shouldbe opened up to Potter road ~tks making a northern exit from the property.
