Mr. Olds states'that this was on the Agenda for the Council to decide whether they were
going to ~nt it or' let it be taken to court.
Mr'. Kostner brought up .the question of shopping development to be developed on'N. E.
22nd. He stated that both ~e and Mrs. Moore Were not against the develo~ent or the
abandonment but t~hought that the triangle piece of la~d west of club house should
be deeded to the city in return for the abandonment.
A discussion ensued regarding the p.roposed ~ap and Ordinance. Mr. Weaver stated that
thought there should be a meeting wit]n Council and the Consultmnts hired, by the City
